Fixed Fees

The fixed rate for creating client financial plans is up to $50,000.00. Fixed financial planning & estate planning, through Ruggiero Investments partner Estately FreeWill including the drafting of trusts, wills, healthcare directives, power of attorneys, or any other legal documents fees are paid via check, cash, or wire. These fees may be charged in advance / in arrears upon completion. Fixed fee arrangement, or flat fee, is charged as a one-time payment for a specific service. This fee structure is common for services like financial, retirement, or estate planning, or account setup, or closing an estate; this service does not include portfolio management. Ruggiero Investments can decide to work with a client when payment is due.

If this Agreement is terminated prior to completion of the financial planning services, then Client will be responsible for paying the prorated fee for work completed but unpaid (if any) at the time termination becomes effective.

My Fixed Fee for the services being provided: $250.00

The hourly fee for these services is up to $2,000 per hour. Hourly financial planning fees are paid via check, cash, or wire. These fees are charged in arrears upon completion / in advance, but never more than six months in advance.

For hourly fees that are collected in advance but unearned at the time termination becomes effective (if any), the fee refunded will be the balance of the fees collected in advance minus the hourly rate times the number of hours of work that has been completed up to and including the day of termination.

[If this Agreement is terminated prior to completion of the financial planning services, then Client will be responsible for paying the prorated fee for work completed but unpaid (if any) at the time termination becomes effective.
